We are not the manufacturer, owner, or seller of products listed by independent sellers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use IGbiz.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Maintaining legal rights to products and content
Fulfilling customer orders
Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Maintaining accurate pricing and inventory
Sellers may not:
Sell illegal products
Infringe intellectual property rights
Misrepresent products or services
Engage in fraudulent activity
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
Provide accurate information
Use the platform lawfully
Complete purchases in good faith
5. Orders and Payments
Orders submitted through IGbiz may be processed directly by sellers or through systems designated by IGbiz.
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse orders when necessary for fraud prevention, policy violations, technical issues, or legal compliance.
6. Marketplace Role
IGbiz acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.
We do not guarantee:
Product quality
Product availability
Seller performance
Delivery timelines
Buyer conduct
Disputes may be reviewed by IGbiz, but ultimate responsibility remains with the buyer and seller involved.
7. Fees
Sellers agree to pay any fees, commissions, subscriptions, or charges disclosed by IGbiz.
Fees may change upon reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All IGbiz branding, logos, software, designs, and content are owned by IGbiz or its licensors.
Sellers retain ownership of content they submit but grant IGbiz a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute such content for marketplace operations and marketing purposes.
9. User Content
You are responsible for content you upload or submit.
You represent that you possess all necessary rights to such content.
10. Account Suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user, seller, or account for:
Policy violations
Fraud
Abuse
Harmful conduct
Legal compliance requirements
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
IGbiz is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGbiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to IGbiz during the six months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold IGbiz harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from their use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
